Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds, credits, class cancellations, reschedules and tutor replacements must follow business configuration set by Mayuri Admin.

Financial changes require audit logging and appropriate approval, especially for offline collections, refunds, adjustments and tutor payout changes.
