Install the right Mayuri Android app

APK metadata is loaded from Firebase `app_versions`. Downloads use a controlled Cloud Function so the active version and download count stay live.

Installation help

Select the correct Student, Parent, Tutor or Manager APK.

Open the downloaded APK file on your Android device.

If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager.

Install Mayuri application and sign in with mobile OTP.
